Beste Pandemonium bezoeker,
Komend weekend was het moment dat Pandemonium plaats had moeten vinden. Het mocht alleen weer niet zo zijn.
Na overleg met de gemeente hebben we een nieuwe datum voor Pandemonium gevonden. Pandemonium zal plaatsvinden op 24/09/2022!
Mocht je nu toch verhinderd zijn dan is er vanaf morgen een mogelijkheid tot een refund. Dit is alleen mogelijk tot 14/12/21 en als je een via Cyndium.com/tickets aangekocht ticket hebt voor Pandemonium.
In de bevestigingsmail van je gekochte tickets vind je een persoonlijke link naar het Customer Portal. Via deze link kun je een refund aanvragen.
Tickets die niet rechtstreeks zijn gekocht op de Cyndium website, zoals op ticketswap, komen niet in aanmerking voor een refund, deze zijn natuurlijk wel geldig voor de editie op 24/09/2022, hetzelfde geld voor tickets van ‘The New Frontier’ editie.

If you are unable to attend, there is a possibility of a refund from tomorrow. This is only possible until 14/12/21 and if you have purchased a ticket for Pandemonium via Cyndium.com/tickets.
In the confirmation email of your purchased tickets, you will find a personal link to the Customer Portal. You can request a refund via this link.
Tickets that were not purchased directly on the Cyndium website, such as on TicketSwap, are not eligible for a refund, these are of course valid for the edition on 24/09/2022, the same applies to tickets from ‘The New Frontier’ edition.
