Important Change Pandemonium 24-09-2022 Sporthallen Zuid – Go Hard Or Go Home

Met pijn in ons hart moeten we jullie mededelen dat we dit jaar Pandemonium niet in zijn volle kracht kunnen organiseren. Vanwege een onderbezetting bij de gemeente/desbetreffende diensten kunnen zij ons geen zekerheid geven over het verstrekken van de vergunning voor Pandemonium in zijn standaard vorm. Een evenement organiseren met een onzekerheid als deze is helaas niet te doen.

Wij konden niet toekijken hoe we jullie opnieuw zouden moeten teleurstellen. Na lang overleg met de gemeente zijn we tot een mooie oplossing gekomen om Pandemonium toch doorgang te laten vinden.

Op 24 september zal Pandemonium in een kleinere vorm worden georganiseerd in de Sporthallen Zuid  welke in zaal 2 en 3 zal plaats vinden. Deze editie is voor alle tickethouders gratis! Je huidige ticket voor Pandemonium is automatisch geldig voor de nieuwe datum (Nieuwe datum volgt nog).

Vanuit de gemeente kan er wel nog een vergunning worden verstrekt voor een klein evenement. Op 24 september zal Pandemonium worden georganiseerd op basis van een dag- én nachtshift. Uiteraard mogen alle tickethouders als eerste de keuze maken tussen 1 van de 2 shifts. Je kunt je entreeticket reserveren via de ticketwebsite. Het reserveren van je ticket kost €25,20 ex fee, hiervoor zul je 7 tokens ontvangen op het evenement. De entree is dus volledig gratis!

Het reserveren van je entreeticket doe je door de barcode van je originele ticket in te vullen bij het afrekenen van het ticket. Je hebt de keuze uit een ticket voor de dagshift (shift 1) en de nachtshift (shift 2).

Voor de personen die nog met hun vrienden meewillen naar Pandemonium is er een erg kleine gelimiteerde ticketsale geopend, dit zijn maar tientallen tickets per dag. Dus wees snel, we weten dat het snel uitverkocht is.

Alle tickethouders moeten voor 28 augustus hun coin tickets aanschaffen voor de desbetreffende shift. Na 28 augustus vervalt deze mogelijkheid en heb je geen gratis entree meer.

We sincerely apologize that we have to announce that this year’s Pandemonium can not be organized at its full capacity. Due to a lack of municipal workers and services they are unable to secure the requirement and permission to obtain a license for Pandemonium in its standard form. Unfortunately, we are not able to organize this event with so much insecurity.

We could not accept another disappointment for you as a visitor, so we fought for an acceptable and beautiful solution so that Pandemonium could continue. On September 24th Pandemonium will take place in the Sporthallen Zuid in halls 2 and 3 which has a smaller capacity. All ticket holders will have free entrance for this edition!

Your current ticket for Pandemonium is valid for the new date. (new date for next year will be posted soon).

The municipality is prepared to permit a small event. On September 24th Pandemonium will be organized in two shifts: a dayshift (shift 1) and a nightshift (shift 2).

All ticket holders have priority on which shift they prefer. You can reserve the ticket via the ticket website. The cost of the ticket is €25.20 ex. fee.

You will receive 7 tokens for this event, so the entrance is then fully FREE.

To reserve the entrance ticket, you have to fill in your barcode from the original ticket (Venray, Sporthallen Zuid edition 2020, 2021 & 2022).

You can choose the dayshift (shift 1) or the nightshift (shift 2).

Should you want to bring your friends to Pandemonium? Then you must realize that there is a very limited amount of regular tickets available. Be quick because we know it will be sold out. All ticket holders must buy their token tickets for each shift before August 28th. After August 28th this possibility expires, there be no free entrance.
