Pandemonium – The Dark Dimension
Op 18 november 2023 zal de 30ste editie van Pandemonium in zijn standaard grote vorm worden georganiseerd in de Sporthallen zuid.
Vanaf maandag 1 mei 2023 kan men zich pre-registeren tot vrijdag 19 mei 2023 tot 00.00. Bij het invullen van jouw gegevens op de pre-registratie pagina zal je een mail ontvangen me een persoonlijke kortingscode. Met deze persoonlijke kortingscode kan €10,- korting krijgen op je entree ticket voor Pandemonium – The Dark Dimension.

Deze persoonlijke kortingscode kan je alleen gebruiken tijdens de exclusieve early bird 3 daagse verkoop, tijdens deze dagen kan je dus als eerste jouw Pandemonium ticket kopen met korting.
Tickets kunnen tussen Zaterdag 20 mei en woensdag 24 mei tot 00.00 worden gekocht en zijn alleen verkrijgbaar in de Cyndium tickets shop.
Wees er dus snel bij!
Op donderdag 25 mei 2023 zal de regular ticket verkoop van start gaan.
Regular tickets kosten €68,- (ex fee)
Go Hard Pre – Gathering tickets kosten €78,- (ex fee),(met deze tickets heb je 1 uur eerder toegang tot het evenement).
Entree Tickets worden alleen verkocht in de Cyndium ticket shop.
Tickets via Ticket swap worden niet ondersteund.
Wat gebeurt er met je 2020,2021 en 2022 ticket voor Pandemonium?
Je ticket zal opnieuw worden toegezonden via de mail. Je oude ticket van 2020,2021 en 2022 worden dan dus ongeldig. Een refund aanvragen is inmiddels niet meer mogelijk. Deze datum is inmiddels al verstreken en meerdere malen door ons opgeschort. Daarnaast hebben alle tickethouders welke geen refund destijds hebben aangevraagd, automatisch akkoord gegeven op het behouden van je entree ticket voor de nieuwe Pandemonium editie 2023. Daarnaast konden alle ticket houders (automatisch) gebruik maken van de gratis (kleinere) evenementen welke wij hebben gegeven ter compensatie.
Bezoekers welke kaarten via TicketSwap gekocht hebben, zullen het Ticket probleem met Ticket Swap moeten oplossen hoe ze nieuwe kaart kunnen ontvangen, aangezien de oude kaart koper via de mail een nieuw entree ticket ontvangt. Wij kunnen hier geen verantwoordelijkheid voor nemen, aangezien het doorverkopen van onze entree tickets via Tickets Swap niet ondersteund wordt door ons. Ticket Swap is simpel weg geen officiële ticket Shop van Cyndium en wordt ook niet erkend door ons. In onze communicatie staat duidelijk dat men alleen tickets moet kopen via www.cyndium.com/tickets (dit is uiteindelijk een link2ticket entree ticket).
Wij zullen met een paar weken alle oude ticket houders een mail sturen, met verdere informatie en hun nieuwe entree ticket.

Pandemonium – The Dark Dimension
On November 18, 2023, the 30th edition of Pandemonium will be held in its standard grand form at the Sporthallen zuid.
From Monday, May 1, 2023, you can Pre-register until May 21, 2023. When filling out your details on the pre-registration page you will receive an email with a personal discount code. With this personal discount code you can get €10 discount on your entrance ticket for Pandemonium – The Dark Dimension.
This code can only be used during the exclusive early bird 3 day sale, so during these days you can be the first to buy your Pandemonium ticket with a discount. Tickets must be purchased between May 22 and May 24 before 00.00 and are only available in the Cyndium ticketshop.

What will happen with your 2021 or 2022 ticket for Pandemonium?
Your ticket will be resent by mail. Your old ticket of 2020,2021 and 2022 will then become invalid. Requesting a refund is no longer possible. This date has already passed and has been suspended several times by us. In addition, all ticket holders who did not request a refund at that time have automatically agreed to keep your entrance ticket for the new Pandemonium edition 2023. In addition, all ticket holders could (automatically) make use of the free (smaller) events we gave as compensation.
Visitors who bought tickets via TicketSwap will have to solve the Ticket problem with Ticket Swap how to receive a new ticket, as the old ticket buyer will receive a new entrance ticket via email. We cannot take any responsibility for this, as reselling our entrance tickets via Tickets Swap is not supported by us. Ticket Swap is simply not an official ticket shop of Cyndium and is not recognized by us. Our communication clearly states that one should only buy tickets through www.cyndium.com/tickets (this is ultimately a link2ticket entrance ticket).
We will send an email to all old ticket holders in a few weeks, with further information and their new entrance ticket.
